Concertgoer Kevin Beaudette, 22, of Tupper Lake, NY, slipped down a creek embankment near the merchandise tent, said officials to the Times Union.
Beaudette fell nearly 40 feet into the Geyser Brook Gorge while attempting to sneak into the Nickelback show at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in New York. Firefighters employed a rescue basket to pull him from the ravine.
According to authorities, he was intoxicated and suffered only minor injuries. He was taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital and treated for cuts and bruises.
Was Beaudette actually attempting to sneak into the show, or was this a failed attempt at ending his life after being subjected to Nickelback live in concert?
