Last year, around this time, Atlanta was experiencing a snow and ice storm that crippled the city and surroundings areas. Well, this year, it’s Seattle’s turn.

[photogallerylink id=81025 align=right]You’d think a city so far north would be accustomed to this kind of weather, but being on the coast, Seattle is more likely to get cold rain than a big blizzard. Granted, 4 inches constitutes a blizzard up there, much as it does here.
