In the midst of the massive [lastfm]Pink Floyd[/lastfm] reissue campaign currently underway called “Why Pink Floyd?”, YouTube is hosting The Greatest Gig in the Sky, a “once-in-a-lifetime streaming event” that showcases Pink Floyd’s truly epic performance at Empire Pool, now Wembley Arena, where they performed their groundbreaking Dark Side of the Moon during a concert in November of 1974. The previously unreleased recording is straight from the soundboard and is accompanied by visuals that were part of the touring screen film.
To take part in the action, go visit YouTube right now and plug in – it won’t cost you any “Money”, only your “Time”. Oooh… too easy.
