Once people hear the new album she’s got out this week however, with her new band [lastfm]JP, Chrissie & The Fairground Boys[/lastfm], there’s no doubt that this project is the real deal. Indie rockers [lastfm]Ra Ra Riot[/lastfm] won hearts with their debut album The Rhumb Line two years ago, and fans have been not-so-patiently awaiting new music from the band ever since. After several months holed up in an upstate New York farmhouse, Wes Miles and crew re-emerged with a gem of a second album, titled The Orchard. Sugar is the second full-length album from Athens, Georgia grunge rockers [lastfm]Dead Confederate[/lastfm], but for most people it will be the first time they’ve heard of the group.
