I have always enjoyed the wide range of influences Beck inserts into his music. I was at Fado the other night and ”New Pollution” came on while a bunch of people were out waiting for the valet. One woman said to her boyfriend, “oh, I love this song” with the enthusiasm as if it were brand new. It isn’t. But to her it was, and I think that’s pretty cool. I love discovering music like that. And I am so happy that this song has returned to the dave fm rotation! One of my favs from Beck. Here’s the video…
